Teen programs offer developmental and recreational programs for youth through the age of 18. These programs of DoD certified and affiliated with BGCA and 4-H. The teen program has long been recognized as offering programs and services to youth that can still instill a sense of leadership and offer opportunities for educational and career exploration and development.

The Silver Bay YMCA Teen Center – Ticonderoga is entirely donor-funded and open to area youth, 6 days a week. Students in grades 6 through 12 can spend their afternoons and evenings at the Teen Center and take part in various activities and programs from basketball, to Leader’s Club, to homework assistance, and more.

The Center provides mans and teens Club of America youth development programs, and offers activities (like ping-pong, air hockey, foosball, darts, pool), supervised internet access, outings (Ice Palace, Wet ‘N Wild Water Park, Kaneohe Sandbar), events, social and recreational activities, and the latest video games (Wii, Playstation 3, Xboxes).
