Aug 16, 2007 · When I was brushing my teeth tonight, I noticed two black spots on the insides of my cheeks. I wasn’t sure what they were so I tried to brush them away (thinking they were food or something), but they didn’t go away. They’re not sore or anything and they’re extremely small. The bigger one is right above my back molar.
