Active Older Adults Fitness Classes for Active Older Adults Meet new friends, stay in shape and have fun at the YWe offer a variety of fitness classes and social activities tailored just for you. Our AOA group exercise classes are a membership benefit and included in membership fees.
The Chaska Let’s Go Fishing chapter is a group of area volunteers who take Active Older Adults, ages 55+ out on Lake Minnetonka pontoon trips for pleasure or for catching pan fish. AOA Driver Safety
