I have been taking "Exercise Using the Ballet Barre", at Mt. Diablo Adult Education’s (MDAE) Pleasant Hill Education Center, for about 30 years now. I have loved every minute of it. It is an excellent ballet class for "grown-ups" who are interested in learning and perfecting the art of basic ballet, in a sensible, non-intimidating, safety-conscious atmosphere.
